Phoenix Therapist

Compassionate Support for Anxiety, Trauma, and Life’s Stressors

Why a Phoenix Therapist?

(Because Sometimes Life Needs a Little Backup)

Sometimes, despite all the effort to hold everything together, life feels like it’s running you instead of the other way around. You’re the one people count on—the friend, the partner, the hard worker who seems to have it all figured out. But beneath the surface, there’s an exhaustion that no amount of “pushing through” can shake, and trying to rest doesn’t seem actually restful. The weight of always being “on,” the constant striving for perfection, and the relentless voice that tells you to keep going, even when you’re past empty, can leave you feeling worn out and completely alone. But you are not alone. Therapy can offer a space where you don’t have to carry it all by yourself. Here, it’s not about having to be perfect or proving you can handle everything. It’s about giving yourself permission to finally be supported, to catch a break, and to remember that you don’t have to be the strong one all the time.

In therapy, you get a chance to explore what’s really going on behind the scenes of your daily life. It’s a place to unpack those invisible pressures, the unspoken beliefs, and the lingering impacts of past experiences that are still holding on. Maybe it’s childhood memories, painful relationship patterns, or the urge to people-please that keep showing up, even though you’re working hard to keep it all together. Therapy is that “backup” you’ve been needing—a chance to step out of survival mode and into a space where healing, understanding, and real transformation can happen. You deserve the support to live, not just cope. And here, you’ll find the guidance and care to help you start feeling grounded, connected, and truly at ease.

Affirming You Therapy

I highly recommend that you connect with a provider that meets your needs, as I imagine you’ve waited a long time!

That said, if you do not need immediate support and would like to be informed of the next time I have openings for weekly EMDR Therapy, you can subscribe to my newsletter below. That is the first place I post when I have a weekly slot become available.

I genuinely enjoy offering specialized services to people who have struggled all too long with anxiety, trauma responses, and triggers from abuse that were not their choice.

I offer 60-minute sessions for $167, 90-minute sessions for $250, and a variety of EMDR Intensive options to help trauma survivors find healing and stability as quickly as possible. For these options, I am considered an Out-of-network therapy provider, meaning I don't accept insurance (but I may be able to help you get reimbursed a portion of the fee!) If you’d like to find out more about reimbursement, please click here, scroll to the middle of the page, and click “Check Cost Estimates”.

I am also able to accept most insurance plans under Aetna for 60-minute sessions.
